- Unfortunately this tour is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs, reduced mobility and/or heart conditions.
- All visitors must have photo ID for security check.
- Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
- Tours depart precisely at the scheduled tour start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honoured per policy. For most tours, it is not logistically possible to join the group after it has started.
- There is a compulsory security check which may cause some delays in entering the site.
- A dress code is required to enter the Pompeill Archological Park. No discorteous clothing or shirtless is allowed. Your entry will be refused if you fail to comply with these dress requirements and refunds will not be allowed.
- No backpack, big bag (max 30 x 30 x 15) and intrusive objects are allowed and must be put in the cloakroom.
- There is a possibility of stray dogs that have crossed the perimeter of the park. It is recommended to keep a distance and pay attention to your surroundings.
- All participants must have an ID card or valid passport to visit the site.
- Cancellation Policy: This tour is non-refundable once booked. 100% cancellation charges will apply.
